Can you obtain an Opera Ball box?

Boxes are very limited and allocated by the Staatsoper. We file requests as early as possible and propose alternatives (tables, other balls); nothing is guaranteed before official confirmation.
And the New Year’s Concert?

Seats are allocated by lottery by the Vienna Philharmonic. We register you on time and prepare an equivalent alternative evening if the draw is unsuccessful.
Do you organise stays for delegations?

Yes: accommodation, vehicle fleet, protocol, interpreters and security, coordinated with your teams.
Do you look after American and Gulf clients in Vienna?
