On the mountain, a high-mountain guide or private instructor opens up the Matterhorn ski paradise: Gornergrat and Rothorn in the morning, the link to Breuil-Cervinia via the Klein Matterhorn when conditions allow, and a mountain lunch booked in advance. In spring, the Zermatt Unplugged festival draws music lovers; in summer, the trails and the Monte Rosa four-thousanders take over.
