Almost. Nearly any space can host an event, subject to a prior feasibility study: access, safety, power supply, sanitation, weather. Are AC Private's private chefs from starred gastronomy?

Our network brings together chefs with varied backgrounds, several of whom have worked in Michelin-starred houses. For each event, we select the chef whose style and speciality match the venue, the occasion and the guests' tastes.
How long does it take to prepare an unusual event?
It depends on the scale and the venue. A private dinner can be arranged within a few weeks; a large reception in a place to be fitted out requires more lead time. We advise contacting us as early as possible to secure the venue and exceptional providers.
Does AC Private operate only in Alsace?
