A French-Israeli family celebrated a bar mitzvah at their Saint-Tropez villa. Requirement: strictly kosher French gourmet cuisine, certified by the Beth Din. We recruited a Michelin-trained chef versed in kashrut laws, imported certified ingredients from Paris, and served a 7-course menu including vegetal foie gras and a Valrhona chocolate soufflé.
