On avenue George V, the Parisian Maison of Yara Shoemaker was designed as a private and intimate space where every appointment is devoted entirely to one client. The house sums up its approach in a single line: every creation begins with a conversation.
Before the first sketch, Yara and the couture team take the time to understand the woman behind the occasion: her personality, her aspirations, the memories she hopes to create. Silhouettes, fabrics, colours and craftsmanship are then explored together, and every conversation shapes the design.
The house places great weight on what is never seen: corsets, hidden structures, hand-finished seams. Once the design is approved, it enters the atelier, where artisans dedicate hundreds of hours to architectural corsetry, hand embroidery and finishing.

A conversation with your concierge: occasion, event date, venue, dress code, schedule constraints and the level of discretion you require (NDA available). We reply within 24 hours.
We pass the request to the Maison and set a private appointment on avenue George V, timed around your stay in Paris, your hotel and your travel.
A one-on-one conversation about your vision, your inspirations and the Maison’s latest creations. This is where the design begins.
The Maison builds a mannequin to your measurements, then refines the sketches with you until the design is approved.
Fittings continue until the final adjustment. For clients who cannot travel, the Maison offers in-house consultations and fittings; we organise the logistics.
Transfers, hotel, coordination with your wedding planner, stylist or gala organiser: AC PRIVATE - A List concierge follows the timeline right up to the event.
For a wedding on the French Riviera, in an Alpine chalet or at Cap Ferret, the gown is conceived in Paris and completed over successive fittings. We align the couture timeline with the wedding calendar, schedule fittings between stays and coordinate delivery with the team on site. The Maison’s Bridal line is dedicated to these creations.

Our role is to make the experience seamless for clients with demanding schedules: booking, preparing the brief, chauffeur, hotel, coordinating fittings, liaising with the other suppliers of the event, and confidentiality from start to finish.
The partnership also allows access requests for the Maison’s presentations during Couture Week and Paris Fashion Week, by joint selection with the Maison.
No invitations, show seats or red carpet access are sold. Prices of the creations are not public: the Maison shares them during the consultation, depending on the design.
