Every candidate is interviewed, references are called one by one and background checks are carried out within the applicable legal framework. We favour stable profiles, often from palace hotels or large private households, accustomed to confidentiality.

How do you vet candidates?

Do you manage contracts and payroll?

We support you through the formalities and can work with your adviser or family office. Depending on the case, staff are employed directly by you or made available to you.
Do your profiles speak several languages?

Yes. French, English, German, Czech, Italian, Spanish or Russian depending on the position; the language of the household is a selection criterion in its own right.
What if the person does not suit?

We restart the search without delay and provide interim cover if the household cannot be left without staff. That is precisely why we insist on a genuine trial period.
