Does booking through you cost more?

No. We book at the house rate and the negotiated benefits come on top. Any fees are announced in advance and depend on the level of support requested.
Is the upgrade guaranteed?

It always depends on availability on the day of arrival; no serious professional can guarantee it. A request carried by an established relationship is, however, handled ahead of others.
Can you find a room when everything shows sold out?

Often, yes. Houses keep unpublished allocations and cancellations circulate internally. We never promise it, but we know where and whom to ask.
Do you work outside Europe?

Yes, notably in Morocco, the Emirates, the Caribbean, South-East Asia and North America, through local correspondents we have visited or had qualified.
Do you also organise the rest of the stay?
