The restaurant shows as fully booked — can you really get a table?

Often, yes. “Fully booked” usually means the seats released online are taken, not that the room is full. We never promise the impossible: if we cannot, we say so immediately and propose an equivalent alternative.
How far in advance should we ask?

A few days are enough in most cities. For the most sought-after three-star houses, festival periods or the year-end holidays, allow several weeks.
Can you book abroad?

Yes. Our network covers Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Asia, with correspondents who speak the local language and know local customs.
Can we remain anonymous?

Yes. The booking can be made under another name, the table placed away from view and the staff instructed to make no particular mention.
Do you also arrange private dinners at home?
