The opportunity :
AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking an exceptional Private Chef (M/F) — a fine-dining chef at home — for a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI and family offices, across the private residences, mansions, yachts and private jets of Luxembourg. At the heart of the Ville-Haute district and the private estates of the Grand Duchy, you embody the culinary excellence, creativity and discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only. This is no ordinary catering role: you are the private gastronomic chef, the author of a bespoke cuisine at the exclusive service of one family.
Your responsibilities :
- Design and create a bespoke gastronomic cuisine : tasting menus, private dinners, receptions and grand tables, tailored to the household's tastes and dietary needs.
- Elevate exceptional produce : sourcing from the finest growers, markets, houses and artisans; caviar, truffle, seafood and seasonal produce.
- Orchestrate food-and-wine pairings with the household's butler and sommelier.
- Accompany the family in Luxembourg and internationally : second homes, travel, yachting and private stays.
- Run the kitchen as a whole : provisioning, impeccable hygiene, team and budget, with an absolute sense of service.
Required profile :
- Proven experience as a private chef, chef at home, sous-chef or chef de partie within a Michelin-starred establishment, a palace hotel or for a demanding private clientele.
- Command of fine dining, world cuisines and pastry; creativity and an eye for detail.
- Absolute discretion, impeccable presentation and an innate sense of UHNWI service.
- High availability, international mobility and fluent French and English; a further language is an asset.
