The opportunity :
AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking a corporate / residence receptionist to provide an exceptional welcome for a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI and family offices across the Ville-Haute district and the private estates of the Grand Duchy. You are the first face of the house, with the discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only.
Your responsibilities :
- Manage in-person and telephone reception at a private residence or corporate headquarters in Luxembourg.
- Handle visitors, deliveries, diaries and coordination of providers.
- Maintain the impeccable upkeep and atmosphere of reception areas.
- Screen, direct and respond with tact and efficiency.
- Guarantee a confidential and perfectly organised service.
Required profile :
- Experience in premium reception, concierge or luxury hospitality.
- Refined presentation, elegance and a sense of service.
- Organisation, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Command of office software.
- Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
