The opportunity :
AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking a VIP hostess / guest relations professional to welcome and accompany a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI and family offices at private events across Chiaia, Posillipo and the seafront residences. You embody the excellence of the house, with the discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only.
Your responsibilities :
- Welcome and accompany VIP guests at receptions, galas and private events in Naples.
- Ensure a seamless, personalised and memorable experience for every guest.
- Coordinate arrivals, seating, protocol and special requests.
- Liaise between clients, providers and on-site teams.
- Attend to every detail and anticipate every expectation.
Required profile :
- Experience in VIP relations, luxury hospitality or high-end events.
- Impeccable presentation, elegance and interpersonal ease.
- Composure, a sense of protocol and confidentiality.
- Availability in the evenings and during events.
- Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
